My mission is to help people recover from trauma by reconnecting with the body, restoring emotional safety, and reclaiming their true selves. Rooted in both personal experience and integrative science, my method draws from trauma-sensitive yoga, embodied mentalizing, breathwork, and depth psychotherapy to support deep healing. Informed by experts in neuroscience, attachment, and science of yoga, I believe that unhealed trauma can lead to toxic stress, which affects the nervous system, relationships, and even physical health—making the healing journey not just restorative, but essential.
